Is the pasta attachment difficult to use?
Pasta attachments are very simple to use.
Here are some tips for making pasta:
1. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
2. Be sure to add just the right amount of flour to help with the processing.

How do i clean it? Hand wash or dishwasher?
You can open the protective cover, clean it very quickly the cleaning brush to remove the dough in the gap. Never put ANY PASTA MAKER in the dishwasher and Never submerge ANY PASTA MAKER in water.
