Can not connect phone via bluetooth

Yes, The Bluetooth only support audio device like Bluetooth Speaker/ Earphone/ Headphone etc. (NOT support smartphone)

The speaker built into the projector is quiet

Because DVD are widely used to play classic Disney cartoons for kids, in order to protect children's hearing, we have reduced the wattage of the speakers. If you want louder sound, we recommend using a Bluetooth speaker to connect to the projector.

I want play Netfilx and prime video

Due to copyright protection, all projector can not directly play Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu. If you want to play these kinds of videos, please prepare a fire TV Sticks, laptops, or PC to play.
